Do I need to take a training course?
No. Every first order includes free training materials — directions, sales manual, tips for success, FAQs, and best practices. You can request a certificate of completion. There's no separate $500–$1,000 course like competitors require. You'll be trained and ready the same day your kit arrives.
What if my client doesn't get results?
We replace the kit free. Our 2–8 shade guarantee is in writing — if a client completes a session and doesn't see visible whitening, we ship a replacement at no charge. In 20 years of operation, this is rarely needed, because our gel and LED light combination delivers consistently strong results.
