We're sure you'll have tons of questions about BleachBright when you're investing in our business opportunity. Here are some of the questions we get asked most and here the answers.
At BleachBright, we use the term “dealer” to describe anyone who purchases teeth whitening products from us at a wholesale cost to sell to retail customers at retail price. We have BleachBright dealers in salons, spas, tanning salons, and more.
At BleachBright, we use the term “distributor” to describe anyone who purchases products from us in bulk at a wholesale cost to distribute to or “set up” BleachBright dealers. Our distributors sell to tanning salons, day spas, dentists and more.
Absolutely not! You do not need to be a dentist to sell BleachBright products. All of our products are administered by the customer, which allows for anyone to sell BleachBright. We do offer BleachBrightPRO which is only for the dental industry.
BleachBright is not a franchise. You simply purchase products from us to resell. By selling our products, you will have access to use our name, logo, images, business plans, marketing materials and all the tools you need for success.
We provide training with every package via a DVD and a sales manual. Whitening teeth with the BleachBright L.E.D. system is simple and can be learned by watching a 2 minute video. The main training provided is on helping you have success selling BleachBright.
We maintain $2,000,000 in product liability insurance that protects any dealer using our products and equipment to provide teeth whitening services. Our insurance does not cover dealers using our product or equipment in combination with another product or equipment.
That’s up to you! We provide you with everything you need for success, but at the end of the day, you have to get out and do it.
You will receive BleachBright’s one size fits all, double-sided mouthpiece/tray. These trays are pre-filled with our proprietary whitening gel. After the customer places the tray into their mouth, our blue light spectrum L.E.D. (the BB-Cool Advanced III) is then placed directly in front of the mouth. The gel is activated by the light and both combine to accelerate the whitening. The gel has a carbamide peroxide base and is an oxidizing agent that penetrates the pores of the enamel to bleach the stain deposits within the dentin clear. Dentin is what gives a tooth its color. This process does penetrate the tooth enamel but will not damage the enamel.
Research has shown that if the teeth and gums are normal and healthy there are no adverse effects to bleaching one’s teeth (please refer to L.E.D. Whitening card). Individuals with tooth decay and with any type of gum disease should avoid this treatment. If someone has questions as to whether or not they should be having the whitening done, they need to consult their dentist as we are not dentists and can not diagnose. Never treat someone who is pregnant, suspected of being pregnant, or nursing; there are no known side effects, but it is simply a precaution.
Almost everyone can enjoy the benefit to the whitening process if their teeth and gums are healthy. Remember, teeth cannot be bleached whiter than genetically possible. BleachBright products are not recommended under the age of 18 without parental permission. We advise that no one under the age of 14 has the whitening done, this is of course ultimately up to the operator and guardian of the minor.
We would highly recommend that you extend a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that the customer is not satisfied, we will replace the product on your next order.
Typically, discoloration come from exposure to tea, coffee, smoking, juices, colas, wine, age, or just about anything that would stain a white t-shirt. This is why we highly recommend the maintenance products to stay bright.
Some people may feel a little tingling sensation, white gum line (blanching), or sensitivity, all of which are normal and hold no real danger. Typically, this will only last from a few hours to 24 hours.
In the first 24 hours, we would recommend avoiding coffee, tea, dark-colored sodas, red wines, berries, candy, red sauces, beets, or any foods that can discolor. Remember, if it leaves a t-shirt stained it will discolor your teeth.
