We're sure you have tons of questions about BleachBright. Here are some of the questions we get asked most and here the answers.
At BleachBright, we use the term “dealer” to describe anyone who purchases teeth whitening products from us at a wholesale cost and resells them to customers at a retail price. We have dealers in salons, spas, tanning salons, and more.
The term “distributor” describes anyone who purchases products from us in bulk at a reduced wholesale cost to distribute to or “set up” BleachBright dealers. Our distributors sell to tanning salons, day spas, dentists, and more.
Absolutely not! You don't need to be a dentist to sell BleachBright products. Customers administer the over-the-counter products themselves. This allows anyone to sell BleachBright products without a dental license. However, we do offer BleachBrightPRO, which is for the dental industry only.
BleachBright is not a franchise; we are a manufacturer and distributor. You simply purchase products from us wholesale to resell to retail customers. As a business partner that resells our products, you will have access to our brand, logos, images, business plans, marketing materials, and all the tools you need for success.
No. Whitening teeth with the BleachBright L.E.D. system is simple. A short 2-minute video and a couple of pages in our sales manual teach you everything you need to know.
We have a $2 million product liability insurance policy that protects any dealer using our products and equipment. Our insurance does not cover dealers using our products or equipment in combination with non-BleachBright products or equipment.
That's up to you! We provide you with everything you need for success, but at the end of the day, you determine your success. The more whitenings you sell, the more successful you will be!
You will receive BleachBright's one-size fits all, double-sided mouth tray. We pre-fill them with our proprietary whitening gel. After the customer places the tray into his or her mouth, place the blue L.E.D. light (the BB-Cool Advanced III) directly in front of the mouth. The light activates the carbamide peroxide gel to accelerate the whitening and bleach the stain deposits within the dentin (the substance that gives a tooth its color).
Research has shown that if the teeth and gums are normal and healthy there are no adverse effects to bleaching one's teeth. The teeth whitening process penetrates the tooth enamel but will not damage it. It only affects the dentin. Individuals with tooth decay and with any type of gum disease should avoid this treatment. If someone has questions as to whether or not to do a whitening, they need to consult their dentist. BleachBright and our partners are not dentists and cannot diagnose dental patients. Never treat someone who is pregnant, suspected of being pregnant, or nursing; there are no known side effects, but it is simply a precaution.
Almost everyone can enjoy the benefit to the whitening process if his or her teeth and gums are healthy. Remember, teeth cannot be bleached whiter than genetically possible. BleachBright products are not recommended for anyone under the age of 18 without parental permission. We advise that no one under the age of 14 have the whitening done; this is of course ultimately up to the operator and guardian of the minor.
BleachBright offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that the customer is not satisfied, we will replace the product on your next order.
Typically, discoloration comes from exposure to tea, coffee, smoking, juices, colas, wine, age, or just about anything that would stain a white t-shirt. This is why we highly recommend the maintenance products to maintain your new white smile.
Some people may feel a little tingling sensation, white gum line (blanching), or sensitivity, all of which are normal and hold no real danger. Typically, this will only last from a few hours to 24 hours and can be alleviated with vitamin E oil.
In the first 24 hours, we would recommend avoiding coffee, tea, dark-colored sodas, red wines, berries, candy, red sauces, beets, or any foods that can discolor. Remember, if it leaves a t-shirt stained it will discolor your teeth. This rule does not have to be strictly followed if the blueminerals™ remineralizer is used right after a whitening.
